#ChibiFamily Chat Rules and Information General Information To be added. Operators, Half-Ops, and Voiced - Only Me, Axel, and the channel bot (L33t) May be operators. This may change. -"Family members" will be half-oped. -Visitors will be voiced if they are regulars or close friends to the "family" Main Rules -#ChibiFamily does not have a rating.
